Omar Al Rashid

Born in Muharraq in 1966, Omar Al Rashid’s work reflects tradition, customs, and Arabic heritage. Through his paintings of Arabic women dressed in colorful Jalabiyas and draped in black Abayas, Al Rashid depicts Arab women in their traditional attire, yet in a modern way.
